Hello, Autumn!

For those of us living in the Northern Hemisphere, the autumnal equinox ushers in a time of shorter days and longer nights. We notice that plums have given way to apples. We savor the last huckleberries.

In my messy garden, I am enjoying the last few roses and wild strawberries.

In the midst of our busy lives and, especially, in the midst of pandemic stress, it's easy to forget or to not bother with our seasonal cycles.

Pausing to honor the equinox could be just what you need. It's a way, even for just a moment as you read this newsletter, to connect into something greater.

I invite you to take a few minutes, in your own way, here and now, to breathe into this seasonal cycle. What is your intention for this season? One is one action you can take to create this intention?
