Emerald Heart has a five step Application Process for Summer Camp 2021.

2.) Complete the Tuition Agreement. Click button below to access our Google Form. [Print for your own records.]

3.) Sign Release & Waiver of Liability Form. Click button below to access our Google Form. [Print for your own records.]

4.) Pay refundable deposit of $100.

Note: The total cost of our 4 week summer camp is $800. If your child is accepted into camp, your $700 balance of camp tuition is due no later than May 20, 2021. You may pay your balance using the methods listed above. If there is not room for your child, your deposit will be refunded in full. 

5.) Inform Emerald Heart that you have completed the application for summer camp by emailing taira@emeraldheartkids.com

 

When all five of these steps have been completed and received, we will place your child on our waiting list. If Emerald Heart teachers have not met your child, a parent and child visit with a teacher may be requested.
